Is there a natural acne treatment to prevent acne marks

If you had acne and don’t have any acne marks or scarring you were very lucky. Acne scarring happens very easily and it happens to almost everyone who gets acne. Most are very small marks or scars and are mostly unnoticeable but some people who’ve had severe acne can have many acne marks or scars that detract from their appearance and make the feel self conscious.

Because of acne marks and scarrings affects on a persons psyche it’s much better to prevent the acne so you don’t get the marks and scarring. It’s hard enough to have the acne without having to worry about marks and such. You’ve probably heard the phrase “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” That’s definitely true of acne. You may have also heard the phrase “You can pay me now or you can pay me later.” Paying to prevent acne marks is much smarter than paying big bucks to get rid of them later.

If you get a new pimple try putting some ice on it for two minutes at a time, every thirty minutes. This will help with the redness and also help shrink the pimple.

A dab of toothpaste before going to bed can can reduce pain and redness.

A wet tea bag or even some lemon juice held against the pimple for five minutes or so can reduce redness and swelling.

Did you know that lemon juice will help you have clear and healthily skin on your face? Squeeze one lemon into some rosewater and put it on your face for thirty minutes then wash it off with some warm water.

Quite a few dermatologists suggest the use of tea tree oil as a natural pimple remover. Tea tree oil has a substance that kills the bacteria that can cause acne.

Once a week crush up some aspirin and mix with water to make an exfoliant because of the acid in the aspirins. Use this mix once a week and leave it on your face for 10 to 15 minutes for smoother looking skin. Wash it off with warm water. You just don’t find natural acne treatment as easy as ths ones above.
